I recently had to recover my PC, increase RAM and do some other housekeeping. The effect was that I lost my Ulead products. I arranged with Element5 to re-download Photo Impact XL, but one of the files will not install. I get the dialog: "Please insert disk 1 that contains the file layout. bin" Does anyone have any ideas? I have of course been in touch with Element 5 who handle the downloads and that may be my only rout......but just thought you guys may know something
