Frame tool in X3?

Post by alijazz »

Hi

Please could someone tell me where the frame tool has gone in Photoimpact X3? It used to be under Photo>Frame. The instructions indicate it should be there. After my install it isn't there. Frames are in the Easy Palette but you can't customise them. This is a big loss of function to me. Terrible. I create my own frames all the time.

Have I missed something. I am in Full Edit by the way,

Many thanks.

Yes it is different, and somewhat difficult to locate. However you can still modify them. Just right-click on a frame in the EasyPalette, select Modify Properties and Apply. That will open up the same dialog that the previous Photo>Frames done.

"Shift F" brings up the old "photo frame" window. Also, click on the "Share" button in the main top toolbar and then scroll down to the bottom for "Photo Frame". Made me nuts trying to figure out what they did with this when I first got X3.
