Inserting a second image onto a menu background image

Hello...I have created a menu for my VS10+ project and have inserted a background image. Is it now possible to insert another image into the menu background (eg. a logo or smaller picture) that will not replace the original image but rather "sit on top" of the original image so that both can be seen? Or should the image be created in Photo Impact first and then inserted as the background image? Thanks in advance for any help.

You answered your question yourself. You can only have one image and can't blend another in VS. At least not to my knowledge which is limited. Create a new background image which includes your logo and use that instead.
