Unspecified Error

Post by carla »

Hi, have just upgraded to MF6 and got all the way through editing, etc. When I got to burning, I click burn it first says the DVD may not have enough room, even though it does, then it comes up with "unspecified error", no other information.

Have been using MF4 for ages with absolutely no problems. A fix to this problem would be appreciated ASAP as I have work to do from home.

Best wishes
Carla

Wish they would fix this so you could get your homework done..;)

However with the information provided we can't even begin to figure out what's happening. So needless to say a bit longer delay...

Please read the following thread first, and return with as much information as you can. Read This First...

It sounds like you are having the same problem that I was having.

I had to uninstall the program and then re-install it. Make sure that you apply patch 1 and then apply patch 2. The first time I skipped applying patch 1 and only put patch 2 on and kept getting the "unspecified error" message on the burn page.
