MF3DC: Can't make a DVD Now

I finally received an e-mail from ulead and requested these tasks for my problem with file size:

Perform a Clean Remove of the program from your system. You may or may not find all entries in the list.

1. Launch Windows Explorer and go to
"Tools > Folder Options > View" to check "show hidden files and folders".

2. Please purge/delete all the files in these folders:
"C:\Windows\Temp"
"C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Local Settings\Temp" (for WinXP and 2000)

3. Go to "C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems"

4. Delete the folder for MovieFactory 3

5. Delete "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems". If a file says it cannot be deleted, open the Task Manager and end the process named "ulcdrsvr.exe" then delete the folder again.

6. Go to "C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information"

7. Delete the folder "{068502DA-6979-4D9A-BBE1-C3AD0FF11F19}"

8. Go to Start-->Run

9. type "regedit"

10. Go to
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ulead Systems\Ulead DVD MovieFactory"

11. Delete the folder "3.0"

12. Go to
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ulead Systems\Ulead DVD MovieFactory"

13. Delete the folder "3.0"

14.Close "Regedit"

15.Restart Windows

16.Reinstall MovieFactory 3

After installing DVD MF 3, download and install the update found here:

I DID it all to the T and it worked!! Kinda..... now it errors when I try to render the dvd. Did anyone else have this problem cause you guys reply way faster than Ulead does and I'm probably sending this program back?

I'm not doing any fancy transitions, I'm just taking Stand Alone DVD recorded DVDs, to make menus, and a slide show. That's it. That's all I want.

Help. I think I'm starting to bald over this.
