Ok I had a problem with installation of the full purchased download version of Photo Impact x3 on a vista platform.

error 0x80040702 failed to load IS32Util

After checking out the forum would seem a few others were also having the same problem but no answers as to why or nothing suggested worked.

I have spent 2 days!!!!! solving this one....

I will put together the step by step instructions and a couple of trial version programs I used to resolve this as there is more than one reason for this issue so the non techie can solve it.

theres a fair bit to do to cover all situations so im putting together step by step instructions in my spare time....

I am having a problem with getting X3 to load. I was able to load Media One Plus. The error I get from X3 is: 0x80040702, Failed to Load DLL: IS32UTIL.

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.
