I am trying to reinstall DVD Menu Maker Plug-in.
It's a long story to try and explain why am reinstalling this!
Am getting this msg -
DVD Menu Maker
An error (-5009:0x8002801d) has occurred while running the setup
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.

Brief account of history - Before..... all system/programs were working fine... and help from Steve Jones was able to create/export/view/edit new menus... Very happy with it...all's well... A day later turned on computer - some programs malfunction esp VS 11+ and PI 12 -
Uninstall and reinstall both programs and now cannot install Plug-in!
Any advice most appreciated..Have check all compatibility in Properties!
No other programs running when trying to install plug-in.

If you're OS is Vista, did you remember to install the Vista patch for PI-12? The above highlighted in red, seems that it is looking for WinXP SP2, and since it is not present, returns an error.KPPang wrote:

yes have patch installed...
Am disappointed with Vista HB OS.. all programs stopped working and had to reboot system - to cut long story short -
Finally uninstalled all programs and reinstalled.. MS Windows blocking InterShield Install Manager and InterShield Update Manager..have to unblock/give permission each time computer is turned on to work on Ulead programs......
Presently Ulead programs can be accessed & be executed but occassionally after closing - dialog box appears noting programs not responding....and shuts down!
Hopefully this might help someone with similar problem!
