Cool 360 full image won't show or print

I have Ulead Cool 360. I have created a project and within Cool 360 I can see my panoramic image in the viewer just fine. But I have saved it as a Quicktime movie (.mov) and also the web option (.uvr). When I try to run the QT movie all I see is part of the image and it is not panning. I tried printing the image but I got the same thing. I think it's the top of the images. My panorama is of a beach scene but all I see is blue sky. What do I have to do to see it all?

Are there any tutorials on Cool 360?

Thanks. I did a search on Cool 360 and most of the results were in Visual Studio. I bought Photo Impact 7. So has the name/product changed to Cool 3D?

No Cool 360 is part of the PI package still.
