Guessing

I'm guessing that when you open the old project on the new pc, all of the video clips in the library space have a yellow rectangle in the top left corner of each thumbnail, and you are presented with a message telling you that a video file doesn't exist. You are prompted to re-link the clips, and if you have them all on your new pc, on the C: drive, you just need to click on the "Relink" button and browse to each clip in turn. The project will then be restored.

Please don't double post. It will only create confusion is some people answer in this thread, and others in the one you posted separately. I will lock this thread to ensure your separate question is answered separately.
