I received an Intervideo software bundle with my motherboard (Asus Striker Extreme), when I open any of the programs I am presented with a product registration popup.
I select the option to register, but I then receive another popup that says 'Internet Explorer not found. Internet Explorer is required to register' or some such nonsense.
Since I am absolutely certain IE is installed (I use it all the time, unless there is another IE I am unaware of) I am hoping someone can help me resolve this issue.
Corel tech support apparently cannot answer an email, so I am asking in this forum.
Internet Explorer not found?

Welcome to the forums,
Bundled free versions, like you received with your motherboard, generally do not require any activation or registration. Reason being is that the vendor that bundled the software with their hardware receives a block license for all the software they are going to provide. It's a means for the software companies, like Corel to advertise.
Since WinDVD was originally developed by the former Intervideo, I'm not sure that any links contained in the programming are current. If in fact it was able to find IE, it most likely will be a dead link.
However Corel does provide some instructions when having problems with activation. I tried providing a link to the answer, however Corel uses paths that do not allow this..
So here is what it says about How do I download and/or Activate my product
