After using MovieFactory2 successfully for years, I needed to upgrade. So I downloaded and installed MovieFactory6 trial version. After trying to install on two of my machines XP was unable to detect the DVD burner. It is detected by the BIOS. I did check your Knowledgebase and actually removed Roxio from the computer but the DVD burner was still not detected by XP.
After I uninstalled MovieFactory and roll back to a point prior to the installation I can now see my DVD burner but cannot burn DVD's I keep getting a disk not detected error.
Can you help me get MovieFactory working?
Machine 1 HW 1GB RAM 26GB+ of disk space on a 1.17GHz processor
Machine 2 HW 2GB RAM 50GB+ of disk space on a 2.0GHz processor
