Operating system: windows 2000
Movie Factory 3.5
Movie Files: Quick Time
I have had endless problems getting my video/slideshow onto DVD. I had posted a couple of threads here over the last couple of days but now i have finally managed to solve the problems i was having. However, one final problem remains. After converting and burning to DVD, on each video clip there is 'excrutiatingly distastefull' white noise, the original audio is nowhere to be heard.
Everything is ok when i am preparing the slideshow, its only after converting there are problems. I should also point out that the music tracks for my slideshows all play fine. The only problem is with the audio playback on the movie clips.
All of my movies are Quick Time files. I see no reason why this should happen as i have made several slideshows before using the same camera, sd card, version of quick time & Movie Factory. Its very starange indeed.
I am thinking that if i converted my Quick Time movie files to something else that perhaps the sound would turn out ok. Can anyone advise me of good movie file converter (free download) that would convert my Quick Time files to another file format that Ulead supports. Also, what is the best movie file to convert to.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Regards
Ali
