unspecified error during rendering??? due to trial?

I been tring to use this ulean dvd movie factory 3 and 4, when i downloaded them i burned one dvd with 3 and thereafter during the rendering of my mpeg files to burn to a dvd it gives me and unspecified error, so then i downlaoded version 4, same thing,. let me burn 1 dvd no problem, there after unspecified error everytime during rendering.
Is this because its a trial or wat?
