Logo display in VS8

Hi

I use VS8 and would like to use my oval shaped logo. I could successfully import the graphics made in jpg and use it in the overlay. I made the logo in photoshop. The logo is displayed with the rectangle white background behind my logo.

Can someone help me to make the logo without the white background ?
I also would like to know whether I can import an animated logo.

you can make all sorts of animated overlays using Ulead Cool 3D or Cool 3D Production Studio - details of both on your Ulead websit.

If you take out the white background in photoshop, and then save it as a *.psd file, Video Studio will keep the transparent background, ONLY WHEN YOU PLAY BACK THE VIDEO. For some reason, it shows it with a white background until you play the video. Weird....
