Picture not printing after scanning into ulead?

Picture not printing after scanning into ulead?
Ulead PI7 Click scan, scan a picture into Ulead. Can see the picture, can click print preview and the picture is there. When it prints all it prints is the title, with no picture. The ink is fine on the printer
