Program Crash when burning to folders

I get the following error when trying to burn by video project to DVD folders (or ISO image)

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: ...VDMovieFactory 4.0\Ulead DVD MovieFactory 4.0\DVDMF.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

Before logging this with the support desk, has anyone else had this problem? If I try a new project with the same 3 video files, using different backgrounds etc, the same error occurs.

Have you tried using any different files to test?

I recently had a bad problem (unrelated to yours and this software) which I am embarassed to say after many hours of gnashing teeth and pulling hair, I discovered the problem was problematic video files.

Try something short and different as a quick test.
