Slide show pictures jump up and down

using VS11+, used Movie Wizard to throw together a quick slide show, using jpgs. Pan and Zoom was applied to all the pictures. When sending it to VS to further edit, the pictures actually jump up and down at various spots, and when the zoom in filter is being used, the sides where it is black, jiggle.

Any ideas? all drivers, etc. are updated.....using Vista Home Premium.

Have you applied the anti-flicker filter? (I have never used the wizard, so don't even know if you can access that filter from it, sorry...)

I tried the anit-flicker filter and it didn't do much, except make the digital photo a little grainy. I tried using the pan/zoom filter in VS on individual pictures...and it does the same thing. The pictures jump when I any of the pan/zoom filter choices, tried to 'customize' each one, and it still does the same thing. It also appears that on a few of the pictures they are 'going in and out of focus'. Using vista home premium and VS11+. I tried another program w/the pan/zoom effects (windows movie maker) and they program seemed to work just fine. I know it is limited and nowhere the same capabilities of VS, but just as a comparison, I tried it. Any suggestions? reinstall VS???
