Full or Trial version? The trial (TBYB) versions do not include the help file. However much better then the help file is the user manual. It can be downloaded from HERE

Many thanks for this. It now works. we had not downloaded these other two files because it had N/A next to them and we thought we did not need them . I wonder why they have that there because it is a bit confusing to a new user.

Have downloaded the manual for VS 10 fine but the manual for VS 11 seems to hang?

I'm having the same problem too. It loads, but I can't look anything up because it freezes.

I am not sure how you are doing it, but I just went to the Ulead.com > Download site and downloaded the VS11 Manual with no trouble. It took several minutes to download the 14 MB, and it started as a PDF document normally does though within my browser (Firefox). I had no trouble going through the pages.

I then saved it into my documents folder. I closed the browser page, then went to Computer > Documents, and double click on the icon. The Manual opened and again I had no trouble going through all the pages.
