Windows Media Profiles Missing

I just went to do a batch convert and I was looking for the Zune profiles as well as the Neptune Profiles and they are not in the list? Does anyone know how to get these back in my profile list?

I Figured it out!

Just download Windows Media Encoder 9.
All is good for now :)
