Final edited video is not SMOOTH ( Vidio studio 10 plus)

Hi
My final video (n DVD or File) , captured from PAL DV camcorder sony TRV-740
Is not smooth in moving scenes but in capcured file is so smooth . What can I do ?
If I select the DV TO DVD it is good and smooth but I cant add menu to dvd in this method so I have to use movie editor .

Make sure that the template for your DVD uses Lower Field First as that is the field order of your DV original. If you instead used upper field first, your final DVD would not be smooth.

but what about feild order in preferences and project preferences in file menu ?

If you are going to use DV a lot, then make sure that File > Preferences shows Lower Field First as the default field order, and that your default project properties also have Lower Field First.

Your field order setting(s) throughout the process MUST match your clip's field order.
