Saving picture for HQ print (CMYK)?

I am using PI12. I made a picture and now I have to send it to printing work so that they will print it. They wrote that most appropriate format is PDF and PS (PostScript) and that I have to save it in color sheme CMYK. How do I save it in CMYK?
