Please Help!!
I am trying to find the best setting to convert my files to a format that my Xbox 360 will play (at good quality)? I would like to play MP4's but when I do this the Ebox only plays the first 5 seconds of the Fideo then freezes. I dont mind useing another format like WMV but I want to find a setting that I can tweek to get better quality (not too big file size). Curently I am batch converting amy files to WMV 8 Broadband 1400 kbps. I have tried others but I am unsure what setting to use to get the best results. If I am forced to use WMV files from my Xbox, what settings should I use from my batch converter?
Thanks!

What properties, file format, are you rendering to? VS11+ has the Zune WMV, format, where you can select a 640 x 480 (high-quality) setting. My brief reading on the Xbox 360 it does use Zune.
Just go to Share>Create Video File, scroll down to WMV, and from the fly-out menu choose WMV>Zune 640 x 480 30fps. You can choose a customized setting. Instead of the above, select Custom at the bottom of the menu. In the dialog window that opens, click the drop-down menu, select WMV. Then press Options. In the Options dialog, go to the Profile tab, and there are numerous presets to choose from.
You can further customize them, by clicking on the Customize button, in the Frame size section of the Profile tab.
