Windows Media Video version 9
Windows Media Video version 9
I reinstalled my DVD MovieFactory 6 due to a drive failure. In the new install I see no choices when exporting clips in the .wmv Windows Media Video format for WMV version 9. Only version 8 formats. I'm certain that in my previous installation there were version 8 and 9 options. Anyone else seen this? Is there a patch/file that needs to be installed to add Windows Media v9 export file type support?

Reply to .wmv size constraints
Thanks for the tip vidoman. I downloaded the WMV 9 encoder pack from MS and installed it. When I run DVD MF6 I still only see WMV 8 options in the export type options list. Maybe I need to uninstall/reinstall DVD MF6 so upon install it may detect the encoder support now that it's present and include those supported output file types?
