I am using DVD Movie Factory Suite 3.5. I can read CD or DVD. I can record on DVD or Copy DVD. But when I tryto record files on to a CD, during writing, I get a message that it has encountered a generic error, and it stops. Is there a way to correct this? I made sure that the ability to record digital CDs was enabled. Any other ideas?

Any DVD burner can also burn standard CD. I rather suspect something is wrong with the files you want to burn to CD. What exactly are they?

They are just photo files. I was able to to make the disk with another program but same files. Iwould rather use the UNlead DVD.

I tried several disks. So it is not the disks. I used the same burner with the other program. Ithink it may be soem software conflict. I don't know.

My problem starrted after I installed NERO. I have uninstalled it and used their program for clean uninstall. I wonder if I were to use a clean uninstall program or script and then reinstall would that help. Are there instructions for a complete included regestry files and clean uninstall for 3.5 that I can DL?
