audio filter not live how do you enable it

want to use wind filter on clip, but i dont seem to be able to make the audio filter button live, it is a HD CLIP.
please help

I have a car, and it doesn't work, please help...!

Imagine if you were a motor mechanic, and someone rang you, telling you only that. You are not there. You cannot see the car. You do not even know what model it is or what type of petrol it uses.

The only thing you tell us it is a HD clip.

If the audio is part of a video clip you can't apply an audio filter. Therefore, you must split the audio so the audio goes into one of the audio tracks. Then you can apply the audio filter.
