Ulead Video 11 no color

Post by dougjust »

I just downloaded Video Studio and like what I see..however once I put the video clips on the time line they lose all color during playback. Once rendered out to what ever format I chose..again, no color. I am missing something obvious I know, but what?

Please post the properties of the clips here. Do this by "right clicking" one of the clips from within VS then copy down the full properties.
Also what are the "Project Properties?"
And finally (probably not) where did the clips come from and how did you get them into the computer?

THis happens with any clip I have. I have captured off fire wire from my panasonic digital camcorder..but the problem occurs as well with the sample clip that came with the demo(girl on a sofa).
The sample is a Windows Media Video, 1818KB, 21 seconds, data rate 654 kbs, Windows Video Media 9,24bits 720x480, 29.970 frames/sec

While editing the clip and changing ins and outs..color is fine..only when it plays from the time line does it lose all color.

Please fill in your system details (just go to the top of this screen and click "Profile.) and check for any driver updates for your video card.
