seriuous issue this one.....I paid for WINDVD8, Corel took my money but have not given me any download link. I have gone through every possible means of contacting them but simply get caught up in endless loops that go back to FAQ's which don't help. My account doesn;t even show that I have bought the product and because it is not registered or downloaded, they can;t help me. Sorry Corel, but this is really NOT good enough and my only hope now is that someone reads this and acts on it.
