Nik Software Color Efex Pro 3.0 filters can work on PI 12 ?

Please can anybody tellme if this filters software called : Nik Software Color Efex Pro 3.0 filters can work on my Photo Impact 12, before buy it..

Yes, Nik filter/plugin does work with PI-12 as I have it and use it.

There are lots of filters/plugins that also work with PI. Mostly are for PhotoShop, but work equally well with PI.

Download and unzip any filter/plugin - make a folder called Plugins and add the filter/plugin to it.

Open PI and go to File, Preferences, General, Plug-ins - click on the button to the right that has ... and search for the Plugin Folder.....a tick is placed in the box on the left. Reboot PI.

Open PI - open an image, click on Effect and there you should see your plugins/filters to use.

I dont know what I do it wrong, because I do all the steps what you say, but when I try to use any plug ings of Nik, always my programs freezze ant showme a window that have an problem with this plugings...

however thanks for the repply and now I have tha last version of the X3 and please can you tellme where can I get more or some plugins to this last version of photo impact ?

P.D. just tellme what its the names of the plugins that work with Ulead Photo Impact X3 or pointme to know the website of the plugins... ( sorry for my poor english and I hope I can explain )
