VS 11 Installation impossible!

Just baught the Videostudio 11 via the online shop. Tried to enstall it but ended up with message "selfextracting file is corrupted. install will terminate" Has anyone encountered this problem too?? :x

you should have downloaded a file named
uvs11_plus_(e).exe 141,185 KB (For the PLUS version)
or
uvs11_standard_(e).exe 144,342 KB (For the STANDARD version)

Try extracting the exe file with Winzip and then run the file setup.exe which will be one of the files now extracted.

If this fails then you need to re-download the file(s) again.

Thanks for the idea, that's what I've tried in the first place. The MSI quits then with the message, that the cab file is corrupted. I also tried to download the demo Version to exchange cab files - didn't work :-(

Can you re-download?

If not, contact tech support.

I downloaded 10+ no problem, but ended up buying the box for 11+, as with a rebate it was withing $10 of the online upgrade, and I got a paper manual.
