Smart Download

I have just bought videostudio 9 and am wondering about the Smart Download files. I don't seem to be able to find what the content of each file is. I have a limited download capacity so do not want to use it all on files I won't use.
Could anybody tell me what the extra content files contai

n so I can see if I need to download them.
