Problem with additional audio tracks in slideshow

Post by AuThor »

Only first audio track play!? No matter how many tracks I added in queue or which format they are. If slideshow duration exceeds bkg song , only option is to use loop button.
Bug or I missing something?

Not a bug...

The audio tracks you are adding to a slideshow are not meant to play after each other. They are the audio tracks for the entire dvd. Like when you go to a language setup screen on a retail dvd, you can select from different languages -- those would be the other audio tracks you are adding.

To get multiple songs for your slideshows, I would break up the stills into separate "sections", then add a new slideshow for each section. You can have a differnet song for each slideshow on your timeline -- just make sure to add them to the playlist so they playback sequentially...

Thank you george,
But in that case i would prefer to join wanted clips in one and use it as single file for bkg music. I think it is easier.
However, it is nice option to have multiple choice for music.

that's the other option...

yes, combining multiple songs into one longer song is another option I often suggest. It's just a matter of preference, and what works for each individual :)

I suspect future relases will have the ability to just add multiple songs without having to combine them in a separate step...

This is what is happening to me . I can only get one song to play in the slide show. Every time I add another one it drops the first one. I wish to make the songs last for all the pictures or at least enough to fill a DVD (how ever many that would take). James
