Hi Guys
A couple of quick but unrelated questions re MSP8.
1. I'm trying a few new layout options in layout Manager and thought it was possible to separate the project window from the source window, but having looked everywhere all I can find is how to undock the source/ preview window. Is it possible to separate the 2 windows like in MSP7?
2. We've just bought a widescreen TV (and I'm sorry if this is a daft question) but is it best to edit my projects in 16:9 now or keep them in 4:3 and let our TV's resize feature adjust them to full screen??? (My friends & family that play my movies have a mixture of both 16:9 & 4:3 type TVs.)
Lastly, compliments of the Season to you all and thank you for helping and advising me all this year. Your help has been Invaluable and is much appreciated.

My feeling is that 16:9 is useful only if the source is anamorphic, using the full 720 x 576/480 pixels. If the source letterboxes, then you lose considerable vertical detail.
