This is the message I am getting when trying to play a DVD. Brand new Sony Vaio TZ-170N. My old Sony of similar model played just fine. I have tried lower screen resolution and color, but still get same message.
Any ideas how to fix?

1. If you recently downloaded and installed unofficial video driver, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the official driver. Only install the driver from either your computer manufacturer website or from Windows Update.
WinDVD will bark if it finds out that your video card driver is not WHQL certified.
