Changing mpeg encoders in DVDWS

Hi. I'm still struggling with an ongoing encoding problem that I've posted on in the past.

My question is, when you first open DVDWS and select the Tools Preferences and Disc Temp. Manager, then Edit the various presets, under the General Tab is the pull down menu for "Encoder".

Mpeg Encode Now I think is listed ... Alone.

How can I add to this list? I am assuming it can be added to since the menu is of a pull down nature.
