Have upgraded to v11+ from v10 but have only just started to use.
Am l missing something or has the Pan & Zoom become more unflexible with v11+.
Missing the choice of setting own parameters rather than having to use predefined choices.
Have l missed something or has it lost its flexability.
Am also having problems stopping the view from panning even after ticking the no pan box.
Thanks
Ray

Welcome to the forums,
You must be missing something, because that has not changed from VS10. After selecting a Preset, press the Customize button. Then add keyframes, adjusting the settings for each keyframe.
Use the Anchor options found on the left side of the Zoom and Transparency settings. Click on one of the boxes to anchor it to that location. With the No Panning checked, if you change the Anchor position, that is transfered to all keyframes.
You can still place as many keyframes as needed to tailor your Pan & Zoom. Remember to add a keyframe, click on the + found beneath and centered on the preview panes.

Hi Ron
Think that l may have mis-lead you but have learnt something from what you have said. Have never tried pan and zoom on a video so have learnt something thanks.
What l used to do was take a photo image of say a wedding group and then zoom in and go along the line of people. I think that l have now found how to do that from your comments.
If l however zoom in on a photo to improve the layout within the frame and tick no panning l appear to still have a degree of zooming out when l run the picture or is there another way of achieving this. Have tried playing with everthing and cannot achieve a still picture.
Thanks
Ray

There is...
Make sure you check "no Panning" on the first key frame spot (red diamond shaped marker)
To double check that it has worked click on the last key-frame red diamond and make sure attributes are the same as the first key-fram attributes...
If not, right click on the first red diamond select "copy" and you can now paste the attributes to the last keyframe red diamond by right clicking that and selecting "paste".
This should give you a still picture whichever way you have framed it.
