Please can any help on this, I want to do this effect in letters,or images... if you have any tutorial thats great ! or if somebody know to do like a glass effect on any image thats ok for me ,,, this its the link to see the letter or the image

Here is a tutorial showing how to make Glassy buttons. Use the same method to make glassy text. The only thing that you will need to change, is to convert the White duplicated text object to a path. Then remove the lower points, and maybe resize it so fits inside the lower object.

well , thank a lot, finally I do a circle ( of course I need to more practice ) but I do a letter to !

here its ( my first... I take around two hours to do it !! )
