vs7 SE only captures VCD PAL not VCD NTSC

Hi,

When I select VCD in capture mode and look at the mpeg settings it says VCD PAL(352x288). I cannot see how to change it to VCD NTSC(320x240). Does anyone know how to do that?

On the capture screen click on 'Options' (Gear wheel) and select "Video Capture Property Settings" - then select the NTSC settings
