NO HDV Plug-in Capture in VS10+

I recently purchased a new Toshiba Laptop w/ Vista and AMD Anthlon X2. I installed VS10+, but I attempted to capture video from my Canon HV20, but it just allows the option to capture in DV, because the HDV plug-in option is not there. My desktop still has Win XP, and it has the HDV plug-in. Maybe the solution is right under my nose, but any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you loaded all the fixes and patches for VS-10 including the HV-10 patch and the Vista patch?
