User manual file error

I am using a trial copy of videostudio plus 11. When I try to open/download the user manual I get an error message and the PDF file is mostly blank

Are you trying to download it from here ?

I just managed to download it without any problems. I'm using the latest FireFox browser, right-clicked and chose Save Link. It downloaded to my desktop and I'm able to view all of it.

Sometimes there are problems with connections to the server, so trying a few times may get you a good connection.

Make sure you have a secure version of Adobe Reader installed - e.g. Version 8.1, available as a free download from Adobe. Many earlier versions have security vulnerabilities, although I'm not suggesting it directly relates to your problem. Whilst you're at it, check that you have the latest version of Java runtime environment and Quicktime, if installed, for the same reason. There are many sites that will exploit the loopholes in those programs given the opportunity.
