Still image setting

Post by zamani »

Greetings

What's the best setting for a DVD with 'pan & zoom' still images (200+) plus a video file ?

I read somewhere its recommended to set the field to Frame Based but to my understanding this will affect the video file (Lower Field First - PAL)

Thanks.

Are the photos in the same file as the video? If so, you're correct, they should be set to the same field order as the video clip.

However if the photos are in a separate (their own) file, you could use Frame Based for the photos.
