I'm at wits end. I can not figure out how to capture video from my Hitachi DZ-MV230A NTSC camera. I have ULead MovieFactory SE. The instructions say to select ULead DVD-VR Plug-in. This option is not available, though.
I don't see an update to MovieFactory SE on the ULead website. Any suggestions?

Which SE version do you use?
SE means Special Edition, Simple Edition or Suite Edition, which is feature limited.
However, you should be able to import the DVD by clicking on the Import DVD button in the ADD/EDIT MEDIA step in Ulead DVD MovieFactory.
You can get some update packs for the SE version in http://www.ulead.com/tech/dmf/dmf_ftp.htm
