video filters

Post by housewife »

My video filter does not come up at all when I click on the attribute
option for stills or video clips. It has worked previously. What am I
doing wrong?

Merry Christmas,

We need more information in order to help you with your problem. Please click HERE, read and follow the instructions.

Do you mean that you lost all the filters in your Library?

If you close VS, and delete the uvs.ini file, found in Documents and Settings\UserName\application data\Ulead Systems\10.0 or 11.0. Then re-open VS, you should find the filters restored.
Note, any custom filters will not be restored.

Ron's method will work, but if you have any custom libraries they will be lost unless you copy them. Read this post to see how to do that.
