How do you add overlay tracks in VS11

I cant figure out how to add overlay tracks. in the manual it shows a icon in the tools but my display does not show this icon. I cant even find overlay track manager. I am using Video Studio 11

You only get the extra overlay tracks if you have the Plus version -- not vanilla flavoured VS11.
