A few users have asked how to pan and zoom around a picture using the Ken Burns effect. In this Tutorial Video Filters I described in depth how to create a Ken Burns effect plus how to set key frames.

Here is a video with the picture from the above link so you can see how I did mine. Not exactly the same path as outlined in the tutorial but close enough for you to get an idea.
