Unspecified Error 5.0.0 and unable to load library

ok....I have done a search on here before posting...I have tried emailing 3 times to corel....and I have only downloaded the trial version to take it for a spin and havent been able to get through the first edit. Ok..amd athlon dual core 1024 ram plenty of hard drive space...stand alone pc with no other applications except for VS11. NVIDIA GeForce SE Graphics. When trying to Burn to DVD it goes about 12 minutes then gives me "unspecifed error" "5.0.0". Now if its unspecified how the heck can I know where to go to "fix it". Ok then I tried to "create a disk" it goes about 70% into rendering and then poof..."unable to load Library" "19151:3:3" .. Thanks If anyone can assist me....I'll be up all night trying to get this re-edit done before Thurs. Please help....
