PI 11 - where is object library

Where the heck is the object library on PI 11?
And where is the "creative lighting" mode as on PI 8, you know, the floodlight, lightning, etc???

I'm not liking PI 11 - unless I can find these things.

They are down the right hand side of the screen.
The best thing to do to learn PhotoImpact 11 (In fact I have been working my way through these the past couple of weeks)
