..and please if possible could you keep it simple.
Using - for the 1st real time - VS10+...It's changed a little hasnt it from VS9!
My question is a easy one im sure...just a case of finding the right buttons, but please if you could assist me would be appreciated.
All i want is my pre-saved 30sec menu to fade into once you load the dvd. My pre-saved menu only consists of a few photos fading into one another.
Now, which template should i opt for to allow me to view this presaved menu of mine. I have already found one btw, a text menu, was expecting there to be a kindof blank one if you like and you simply bring in your own....all i can find is this text fawnie coloured menu.
Ok, so this works, kindof, i want on my menu to have the words, play movie and scene selections.
So, please tell me, how do i go about doing this...when i chose the fawnie cloured menu ( which ive simply placed my pre-saved menu onto ) this is fine, but the little buttons say, 'wedding video' ( think it must of taken those words from the file i called it?'...i suppose i could save it again under the name 'scene selections' and then by pressing that you enter the scenes.
But really want to know the simple way of....bringing in a pre-edited menu, with music for around 30 seconds. Having those two titles appearing, scene selections and play movie, and having a screen or two of chapters.
Ive done it all in the past on VS9...but just cant seem to fathom how to simply go about it in this one...
?
creating dvd menus with chapters...advice please

You alter the text on a menu by clicking that text and then overtyping.
