I purchased VSE11 Plus (TWICE now because I could not get any joy from the website, it's really poorly designed, I am hoping that Corel will NOT double bill me but if so I'll tell my CC to not approve it). In both instances the download did not go properly and in both instances I tried to come back to re-download the file but once I left the site the file is no longer available for me to download it. How the heck can I get the software I paid for??? The help system and contact system on the site is probably the worst I've ever seen. I don't believe I actually ever did find a place to email Corel about my problem, if it exists it's so well hidden that I couldn't find it.
If I do not get an answer to this from Corel within 24 hours I'll have no recourse but to report the transaction to my credit card company as fraudulent, not something I ever thought I'd have to do with a company as large as Corel.
Help, need my software!

And see if you can find a free Download Manager to look after your next attempt. They can deal with interrupted downloads etc and simply resume next time at the point where it was broken off before...
