Program Crash when attempting to burn dvd using VS11

Just got my Video Studio 11 installed and have been trying to burn a captured video to dvd. An error comes up immediately telling me that Microsoft is shutting the program down.

Here is the error message:

AppName: vstudio.dat AppVer: 11.0.0.0 ModName: mfmediaservice.dll
ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 00007172

The same thing happens when I tried to add chapters to the video. I've tried more than one video clip and the same thing happens.

Any ideas?
