New to Photoimpact 12 -Free Trial questions

I have down loaded the free trial but the extra goodies will not install as I get an error masage that says it does not recognize the program.

After playing around with what will work in the program and reading the user guide I am convinced that the program will do exactly what I want to do so I did purchase the boxed version.

Now my Questions:

1. Will I be able to install the full version when it arrives or do I use the activation code from it to activate the trial version?

2. With the problem with the goodies they are in the box version so how is this going to work?

3. If I need to install the box version how would I get the trial version to go away. I understand that it is not a good idea to uninstall.

I am a total computer nurd when it comes to files and folders .

4. Is there a good link to some simple instructions on how to work with the files in PI12?

Don't get your shirt into a knot over this. Things are not as bad as they seem at times.

I would certainly not advise to activate the trial version. Even if it was possible. Uninstall your trial via the Control Panel and then reboot your system. Insert the installation disk of your boxed version and follow the prompts.

It should be easy enough but, if you have problems, we are here to help.
